ALLEY CLOSURE PETITION
We understand that many residents can have a difficult time keeping their alleys free of crime, graffiti, and illegal dumping. Unfortunately the upkeep of alleys is considered the responsibility of the residents. In order to help our citizens maintain their alleys we recommend that residents petition to have their alleys gated and locked. If you are interested in having your alley closed please secure signatures from yourself and your neighbors for the following alley petition and mail it back to District 7 at,
