How can I get an annual regional park pass?  
Annual Park Passes can be purchased for $25.00*, plus a refundable first time Access Pass deposit of $10.00, from Ace Parking Management located at 2115 Kern Street, Suite 102 (corner of Kern and Van Ness). Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Passes may also be purchased by mail by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope, check or money order for $35.00* ($25 fee + $10 deposit) and a completed Annual Parking Application to:

Ace Parking will mail you an activated entry card. The annual pass application can be downloaded (below) or picked up at any Regional Park tollbooth. Passes are valid for entry into Woodward Park, Roeding, and the Regional Sports Complex. For additional information, please contact Ace Parking at (559) 264-6422.

*Reduced rate passes are available for those who quality. Please inquire with Ace Parking Management.

City of Fresno residents that utilize PG&E’s family assistance program, FERA, could provide the same qualifying information (PG&E bill and driver’s license) to receive an annual pass for $15.

How can I make a reservation at a regional park?

How can I make a reservation at a neighborhood park?  
Reservations are not taken for neighborhood parks.  All picnic tables and barbeques are first come first served.

How many shelters are available to reserve and how many people do they accommodate?  
At Woodward Park there are 7 shelters and two activity areas available for reservation.  Six of the 7 shelters accommodate from 175 – 200 people, the Gazebo shelter can accommodate up to 60 people.  At Roeding Park there are 8 areas available for reservation, some are shelters and some are groves that can accommodate anywhere from 25 – 490 people at a time.  For more information about park reservations and fees please visit our Regional Parks page.   To make a reservation please visit our Online Reservation page or call (559) 621-2900.

What are the park hours?  
Regional parks are open from 7am to 10pm in the summer and 7am to 7pm in the winter.  Neighborhood parks are open daily by 8am and close at dusk.  For more information about City of Fresno parks please visit our Park Detail pages.

What are the hours for the PRCS office and where is it located?  
The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and is closed holidays.  It is located downtown on Fresno and M streets at the City Hall Annex at 2326 Fresno St. in room 101.

How much does it cost to enter a regional park?  
The cost to enter Woodward and Regional Sports parks is $3 per vehicle.  To enter the Roeding Park the cost is $1 per vehicle.  For more information on fees and policies please visit the Regional Parks page.

Can I camp overnight in any of the parks?  
There is no overnight camping in any of the City’s parks except for Camp Fresno.  For more information about the camp please visit the Camp Fresno page.

How can I plan a special event at a park?  
To plan a special event at any park please contact the PRCS office at (559) 621-2900.

Can I have a bounce house at the park?  
Bounce houses are not allowed at any of the regional parks.  However, they are allowed at neighborhood parks with permission and insurance.  For more information or to get permission for a bounce house at a neighborhood park please contact the community center in charge of the park.  For North East parks call Mosqueda Center at (559) 621-6600, for North West parks call Sunset Center at (559) 498-1013.
