Background
The City of Fresno is the annual recipient of federal HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program. HOME Program funds are administered by the City's Housing and Community Development Division to meet federal, City and community goals.  Funding for this entitlement program is received annually and is based upon formulas established by Congress. Funding varies from year to year depending upon the federal budget. 

The Housing and Community Development Division utilizes HOME Program financing to fund several different programs including homebuyer assistance, rehabilitation of existing homes, rental property rehabilitation and new construction of affordable housing.  To obtain additional information on any of these programs please click on the links above.
