As one of the Solid Waste Division's Waste Container Maintenance Assistants, Frank has shown that he indeed knows what it means to give your best everyday. Frank's co-workers state that he is always willing to help, is a team player, is efficient and works well with others. Frank gives 100% to his fellow employees and also to his customers. As a Waste Container Maintenance Assistant, Frank spends much of his time in the field and when it comes to helping the people of Fresno, Frank does not know the word "No". Frank is an employee who regularly goes above and beyond to get the job done.
